These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Rocket Digitals (“VIBE”, “we”, “us”) for using the VIBE – AI Video Generator app and the website at aivideogenerators.app.
By downloading, accessing or using VIBE, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Your license to use VIBE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VIBE for your own creative purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app itself.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use VIBE. If you’re under the age of majority, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Credits, subscriptions & billing
- Free to start. VIBE is free to download and includes credits to generate your first videos.
- Subscriptions. Optional subscriptions unlock more models, longer clips, higher resolution and additional credits.
- Payment. Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown at checkout.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. Credits already used are non-refundable.
4. Your content & generated videos
You keep ownership of the prompts and images you provide. As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, subject to the rights and terms of the underlying AI model providers. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image or material you upload.
You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs only as needed to operate the service (for example, sending a prompt to a model provider and returning the result to you).
Important: AI-generated content can be unpredictable and may resemble existing works or people. You are responsible for how you use, publish and distribute what you create with VIBE.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VIBE to create, upload or share content that:
- Is illegal, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence or self-harm.
- Is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Impersonates real people to deceive, defame, or commit fraud, or creates misleading “deepfakes”.
- Infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Attempts to bypass safety filters, scrape the service, or disrupt our systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Third-party AI models
VIBE provides access to third-party models such as Google Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 3.0, WAN 2.6, PixVerse, Luma, Seedance, Hailuo and others. Your use of each model may also be subject to that provider’s terms. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; VIBE is an independent app and is not endorsed by these providers.
7. Availability & changes
We’re constantly adding models and features, and occasionally removing or changing them. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of VIBE at any time. We aim to give notice of major changes where reasonable.
8. Disclaimers
VIBE is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that generated videos will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digitals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of VIBE. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using VIBE at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
11. Governing law & changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Rocket Digitals operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
