- Go to Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

How do I create my first AI video?+
Open VIBE, type a prompt or upload a photo, pick a model like Veo 3.1 or Sora 2, and tap generate. Your clip renders in seconds and saves to your phone in 9:16 or 16:9, ready to post.
Why did my video fail to generate?+
Most failures come from a weak connection, a busy model, or a prompt that hit a safety filter. Check your internet, try another model, and rephrase the prompt. Credits for failed generations are normally returned automatically — if not, email us.
I was charged but didn’t get my credits+
First, fully close and reopen the app so your purchase can sync. If credits still don’t appear, email [email protected] with your receipt (from Apple or Google) and we’ll fix it.
How do I request a refund?+
Refunds for subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple and Google. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request it through the Google Play order history. See our Terms of Service for details.
Which models should I use for which video?+
For cinematic realism try Veo 3.1 or Sora 2; for smooth motion and action go with Kling 3.0; for fast social clips use LTX 2 or Seedance Pro Fast. There’s a full breakdown on the model comparison.
How do I delete my data?+
You can remove generated videos from your device anytime. To request deletion of data we hold, email [email protected]. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
