This Privacy Policy explains what information VIBE – AI Video Generator (“VIBE”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our app and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. VIBE is operated by Rocket Digitals.

By downloading VIBE or using aivideogenerators.app, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Prompts & uploads. The text prompts you write and any photos or images you upload to generate videos.
Account & purchase info. If you subscribe, your purchase is handled by Apple or Google; we receive a confirmation and subscription status, not your full card details.
Support messages. Anything you send us when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

Usage & device data. App interactions, the models you use, crash logs, device type, OS version, language and a device identifier.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on our website to understand traffic and improve the experience.

2. How we use your information

To generate your videos and deliver the core features of the app.
To operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve VIBE.
To manage subscriptions, credits and entitlements.
To measure marketing and understand which features people love.
To prevent abuse, fraud and content that breaks our Terms of Service.

3. AI models, prompts & generated content

VIBE connects you to leading third-party AI video models — including Google Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 3.0, WAN 2.6, PixVerse, Luma, Seedance, Hailuo and others. To create a video, your prompt and any uploaded image are sent to the relevant model provider so the clip can be generated.

Each provider processes that input under its own terms and privacy policy. We send only what’s needed to fulfil your request, and we don’t use your private prompts or uploads to publicly identify you.

Heads up: don’t upload photos of other people without their permission, and don’t submit content you don’t have the rights to. You’re responsible for what you generate.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with:

AI model providers — to generate the videos you request.
Infrastructure & analytics partners — hosting, crash reporting, Google Analytics and Meta, who process data on our behalf.
App stores & payment processors — Apple, Google and RevenueCat to manage purchases.
Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the public.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment details are handled by them, not by us. We receive your subscription status so we can unlock the right features. See Terms of Service for billing and renewal details.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Generated videos and recent activity may be cached so you can access them in-app; you can delete content from your device at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data (see below).

7. Children

VIBE is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

8. Your rights & choices

Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Opt out of analytics tracking through your device or browser settings.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK/California), you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. We honour valid requests.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to act quickly if something goes wrong.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice in the app or on this page.
